We currently have two methods of accepting credit card payments.
If you desire to make a one time payment, please use the Paypal form below.
If you choose to use Paypal (it's fast, free and secure) for paying your statement balance, please allow at least four business days (excluding legal holidays) prior to the discount date in order to receive the discount. If you do not wish to receive the discount but instead wish to pay by the statement due date, please allow four business days (again, excluding legal holidays) prior to the due date in order to avoid a late fee.

By signing up to automatically pay your monitoring by either Discover, MasterCard or Visa (including debit cards that bear the MasterCard or Visa logo).
A few of the benefits are:
- Depending on your billing frequency you may be eligible to receive an additional discount off your normal monitoring invoice.
- You may receive frequent flyer miles or other credit card benefits from your credit card issuer.
- Save a check, since most banks charge a fee every time you write a check. You will be saving money plus the time to write it.
- Help save some trees. In addition to every statement we print, there is an envelope to send it in and a return payment envelope. When you return it in your own envelope it increases the paper loss. Help us be ecologically conscience!
- With the ever increasing postage, printing, paper and labor costs of creating statements, paying by credit card helps reduce the need to increase monitoring rates.
- Be worry free with the convenience of this method, when you are out of town or unavailable to write checks, you will not miss the due date. Plus you will never receive a late charge if you pay by automatic credit card billing so long as you keep our records current.
Please note that we also accept American Express, but due to the fact that we are charged a higher rate we can only offer our standard discount off your normal monitoring invoice.
So, here is how to start:
Once your credit card information is on file we will automatically charge one of the aforementioned cards around the 15th (our normal statement date) of each quarter, semi annually or annually, depending on your current cycle.
